Summary of Position:

As a Data Strategist, you will work directly with clients, managers, and technical staff to understand business needs, develop technical plans, and deliver data-driven analytical solutions that solve client problems. You will be a subject matter expert for defense and intelligence, and you will primarily provide DS/AI related consulting support and guidance to data science and engineering teams on business analysis, technology approach, analytic solutions, project management process (scope, schedule, cost), and client engagement to drive delivery success.

Requirements/Desired Skills:

1. BS or MS in Operation Research, Industrial Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, or related fields. 
2. Must be a US Citizen with ability to undergo and obtain further Government background checks.
3. Top Secret Clearance, with SCI Eligibility. 
4. Significant DoD knowledge or background, and ability to communicate with DoD leaders about AI/ML topics
5. Multi-year experience with project management and/or software development lifecycles
6. Multi-year experience managing and delivering complex projects.
7. Multi-year experience in the consulting industry (technology, management, strategy) and managing client engagements with either internal or external clients
8. Multi-year experience growing and expanding business portfolios
9. Experience with analytics
10. Ability to communicate complex models and concepts in non-technical language. 
11. Familiarity with commercial and open source data science software. 
12. Familiarity with databases and cloud infrastructure. 
13. Proficient with

    one or more programming languages (Java, C , Python, R, etc.).
